To make sure you're entirely satisfied with your jewelry, try it in the comfort of your home. If for any reason you wish to return it to us, you can do so within 30 days upon arrival. We'll gladly refund you or exchange/adjust it to perfectly suit you.
Returns
Please let us know if you want an exchange or a refund. Refunds usually take 1 to 2 days to be processed. You'll be refunded for the amount you paid for the product.
Regarding our bracelets, if the size you chose doesn't suit you, we may send you a new rope so that it fits perfectly.
Conditions for returns :
- The jewelry must be in perfect condition and has not been worn;
- The jewelry has been sent back upon 30 days of receiving your package.
Postal fees for the return are at the expense of the buyer.
